Ingredients:

  • 10 red potatoes, sliced into cubes
  • 1 purple onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • 3/4 cup actual bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 3 tablespoons all-function flour
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
